📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including diagnostics, inspections, and part replacements.
• Use diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners and specialized software to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry best practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and vehicle history.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including engine, transmission, and electrical components.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software such as Autel, Snap-on, or similar.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid automotive service certification (e.g., ASE, AAM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
