📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation.Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.Support the HR Manager in managing HR data and providing reports and analysis.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using HR software and tools.Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.🛠️ Keahlian
