We are now seeking a talented and experienced EXIM and Customs Specialist to join our team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and optimizing logistics operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the import and export processes, including customs clearance, documentation, and logistics.,Ensure compliance with all applicable customs regulations, laws, and international trade agreements.,Monitor and optimize import and export processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain and update knowledge of trade policies, regulations, and best practices.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other key stakeholders.,Provide guidance and support to internal teams on customs and trade-related matters.,Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in EXIM and customs operations, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech industry.,Strong understanding of international trade laws, regulations, and customs procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with trade compliance software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
