As a Handyman / Technician at PT. Fra Real Estate Consulting, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, from minor repairs to complex installations. You will work closely with property managers and other technicians to ensure that our villas are always in top condition. With your expertise, you will help maintain the high standards of our properties and ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Install and maintain security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems
• Carry out minor construction and renovation tasks, such as painting, tiling, and carpentry
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Work with property managers to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow safety protocols at all times
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with construction and renovation techniques
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
