Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the business.,Manage and motivate a team of store managers and staff to achieve targets and goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
