📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Maintain accurate guest records and check-in/check-out procedures.,Handle front desk transactions, including payments and refunds.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Assist with event and reservation coordination.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive guest experience.,Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
