📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and execute custom cake designs using a variety of icing, fondant, and edible decorations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into edible art.
• Use industry-standard software and tools to plan and manage cake decorations.
• Ensure all cakes meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in cake decoration.
• Train and mentor junior staff on cake decorating techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes and product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Decorator or similar role.
• Proven ability to create intricate and beautiful cake designs.
• Proficiency in using cake decorating software and tools.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in cake decoration or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international culinary traditions is an asset.
