PRIMA Unggul is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and the ability to create engaging and effective training materials. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of employees and the organization.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to employees and stakeholders.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide administrative support to the training department, including scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping.,Mentor and coach employees on learning and development topics.,Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
