📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives and ensure cost efficiency.,Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to secure the best possible terms and quality.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.,Manage inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production processes.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support business growth.,Lead and mentor procurement team members to ensure high performance and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
