📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including class scheduling, instructor coordination, and member management.,Ensure the studio maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and instructors.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members.,Monitor and analyze studio performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with members, instructors, and other stakeholders.,Manage studio finances, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense management.,Collaborate with the studio's leadership team to ensure alignment with company goals and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Studio Manager or similar role in a fitness studio or gym setting.,Strong knowledge of fitness industry trends, equipment, and programming.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
