📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a must.,A valid SIM card and reliable transportation are required.
