📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, and provide solutions to prevent future problems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update the company's IT documentation and records.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Good understanding of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
