📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and provide guidance to employees on new processes and tools.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make necessary adjustments.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development.
