🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on insurance and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
