📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee compliance activities and ensure adherence to OJK regulations and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
Monitor and report on compliance activities to senior management.
Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of compliance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in the financial sector.
Strong knowledge of OJK regulations and financial sector compliance standards.
Certification in compliance or a related field is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
