📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet store targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and replenishment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote the store and its products.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to drive sales and meet store targets.
