📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management division,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the division,Manage and mentor a team of property managers and support staff,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management,Proven track record of success in similar roles,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and local language,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,Familiarity with property management software and tools
