📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Assist in employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
