📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identifying and assessing risks to the organization and recommending appropriate controls.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a healthcare or financial environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and risk management.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
