📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Monitor team performance and provide feedback,Coordinate with other departments to meet organizational goals,Manage and resolve employee issues or conflicts,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct performance evaluations and training sessions,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance,Participate in team meetings and decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of labor laws and regulations,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
