📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.,Prepare and maintain financial records, including cash receipts, bank deposits, and petty cash.,Process payroll for employees and ensure timely payment.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.,Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff in cashier accounting procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to financial transactions.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus.
