📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our products to customers.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Training and mentoring junior sales representatives.
  • Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
