In this role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, identifying and attracting top talent, and building a strong employer brand. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, setting goals and providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people for the right roles.,Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and integration.,Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
