Hotel Tono Restaurant is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, housekeeping, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor the operations team, providing training and support as needed.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the business.,Ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds customer expectations and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, housekeeping, and maintenance.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with industry software and tools, such as POS systems and inventory management software.
