Pennyu is seeking a highly skilled Production Planning & Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory management, and a passion for operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels and reorder points.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
