📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule and route transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Manage relationships with fuel suppliers and other third-party service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
