Puskesmas Intan Kebab is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the healthcare services in Maros.

As a Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.

We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, efficient, and has a strong understanding of purchasing processes in the healthcare industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain supplier relationships.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

Ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed.

Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits.

Prepare and analyze purchasing reports.

Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in the healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
