📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax returns.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.,Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.,Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
