📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Manage and supervise a team of junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and in good working condition.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Demi Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and lead a team of junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
