📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee compliance activities and ensure adherence to OJK regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
- Monitor and report on compliance activities to senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of OJK regulations and financial sector compliance standards.
- Certification in compliance or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
