📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitor production output and quality to meet established standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
• Assist in logistics operations, including material handling and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DT 20 Operator or similar role in manufacturing and logistics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes, including knowledge of PLC programming and HMI systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) are a plus.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
