In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, supporting our operations in Jakarta Pusat. You'll handle invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and international standards.

As a Finance Invoicing Specialist at Wastec International, you will work closely with our finance team to process and reconcile invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile invoices for hazardous waste transportation and processing services.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and international standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide support to the finance team in financial analysis and forecasting.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the waste management or environmental services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and international standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
