You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their gaming needs and answering technical questions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PlayStation consoles and accessories.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• Stock and organize gaming merchandise, including PlayStation consoles, games, and accessories.
• Assist with store promotions and events, such as game launches and tournaments.
• Perform routine maintenance on PlayStation consoles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest gaming trends and technologies to provide informed advice to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
• Familiarity with PlayStation consoles, games, and accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive shopping experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
