📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations.
• Process payroll for Australian clients, including preparing timesheets, calculating wages, and managing tax deductions.
• Generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns for Australian clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Australian clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Australian Bookkeeper or Accountant.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in Australian accounting standards (e.g., CPA Australia, CA) is a plus.
