• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives into our overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and a deep knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using partnership management tools and software, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative partnership strategies.
