In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, using BambooHR or similar HRIS.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to support employee growth and development.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to local HR teams to enhance their capabilities and ensure consistent HR practices across regions.
• Monitor labor laws and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide strategic advice to the management team.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and employee relations.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, Australia, and Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills in Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or other regional languages being an advantage.
