📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the online marketplace operations, ensuring high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee order processing, inventory management, and customer support to maintain seamless operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance marketplace performance and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and other e-commerce platforms to manage and analyze marketplace data.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketplace operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, order processing, and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
